I use Craigslist quite a lot, but the site has always been tough to get through when searching for what I want. This article tries to connect Craigslist to the year 2009 with new interface designs and layouts. But if it isn't broken, why fix it?
I read an article about how the founder of Craigslist was against a new site, but if he doesn't agree to change then he will likely get muscled out but his partners.
